Venue: Beverley Minster Parish
A singing day focussing on little-known treasures from England’s ‘Golden Age’ of music. Centred on pieces from Stile Antico’s programme ‘The Journey of the Mayflower’, the day will explore gems by Byrd, Weelkes, Gibbons, Tomkins and more.
The workshop is open to all voice ranges. Participants aged under 18 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Reasonable sight-reading skills are required as there may only be a few singers on each part. Music will be available in advance at www.ncem.co.uk/bevworkshop20
