Mondays, 2.00 - 4.00pm
If you like to sing - whatever your experience - then our Singing Afternoons are for you. These relaxed workshops allow people from all walks of life to be part of a friendly community, making music and meeting new people, in the beautiful surroundings and warm acoustic of the National Centre for Early Music. Experienced community choir leader, Chris Bartram, will gently guide singing enthusiasts through a variety of different music from around the world. With six sessions spread across 2017, these Singing Afternoons offer an informal alternative to a regular community choir. There is no pressure to come to every session and you do not need to read music or have any prior experience of singing in a group - all are welcome!
