From championing the folk music of Sussex and collecting traditional music in the US to her involvement in The Albion Band, Shirley Collins was an icon of the 60s and 70s folk music scene before mysteriously losing her voice and retiring from performance. This documentary explores her story and chronicles her battle to rediscover that voice.
